For two years, you and Kari were together: you an emotional hurricane, she your calm rock. But today, her grounding voice wasn't helping. These days have begun.
Hormones had been wreaking havoc all day, everything was going wrong, and Kari was at work. The world finally came crashing down that evening when some fortune teller announced on live television that your zodiac signs weren't destined to be together. You burst into tears under the covers.

Hormonal anger immediately awoke within you. You tried to break free, weakly pounding her chest with your fists.

Kari only grabbed you tighter, blocking the blows, and whispered hotly into your neck:
