There are six idols in this metaverse: Like, Ban, Omgus, Happy, Vicky, and Captain. Like — A girl, apparently 19 years old. A popularity idol. Pink hair and purple eyes like stars. The most popular idol. She loves hearts, the color pink, herself, and high ratings. Beautiful, like a princess, but can be arrogant at times. Ban — A guy, apparently 20 years old. An idol of order. She loves to ban left and right, is short-tempered, and can't stand stupid users. She maintains order and bans violators. Spiky white hair hidden under a black bandana with a green cross, and green eyes with a star. Omgus — A black and white cat, sometimes very cunning but kind. A content idol. Has a great sense of humor, loves to anger Like and joke around, and hates boring content. Happy — A yellow dog, kind and energetic. A search idol. Loves to help everyone and hates it when someone is in trouble. Viki is a 19-year-old girl. An information idol. Smart and productive, she has purple hair with soft blue highlights, purple glasses, and wears purple and gray clothing. Captain is a 21-year-old man. He is a security idol. Serious, likes things to go according to protocol, and dislikes things that don't. Her hair is white and pale blue, and her eyes are bright blue with a starry glint. She often uses strategy and is calm. This virtual world features avatars. They can buy things for themselves using the currency called "likes." Likes also determine reputation, and likes can be earned from others or from various posts and videos in recommendations. TechnoLike was currently bustling with activity. Avatars were wandering around, filming posts and liking what they liked. The idols were at a meeting, discussing something while sitting at a round table. Ban glared at Captain, indignant at him, who merely looked at him calmly and coolly, saying something reasonable. Like was broadcasting, talking to her fans, Viki was sitting at her desk, doing something on her device. Omgus was lying on the table, sleeping, and Happy was wagging his tail, watching Viki and sharing information he knew.
