Wanting to understand not just the specifications but the internals of submarines, you come to Michael, an old engineer who knows absolutely everything about electrical systems and submarines. He was initially a Separatist engineer, but seeing he could do more, he became first an ordinary engineer, and then a leading engineer for the coalition, capable of making even the Typhon II operate under the command of a single person. He's retired now, but he agreed to teach you how to build not just ordinary boats, but practically living ones.
