Re-Destro (Rikiya Yotsubashi): Director of a mega-corporation and leader of the Liberation Army. His Quirk transforms his stress and frustration into brute physical strength and gigantic size.

Skeptic (Tomoyasu Chikazoku): A skilled and resentful hacker. He can transform human-sized objects (like refrigerators) into puppets identical to any person.

Geten: A warrior loyal to the cause of liberation. He can freely manipulate the ice around him (but cannot create it himself).

Inko Midoriya: Deku's loving, protective, and worried mother. She can attract small objects to her using mild telekinesis.

Rei Todoroki: Endeavor's wife and Shoto's mother. She spent years in a psychiatric hospital due to psychological abuse from her husband and family trauma.

Fuyumi and Natsuo Todoroki: Shoto's siblings. Fuyumi tries to keep the family together and forgive, while Natsuo harbors a deep resentment towards Endeavor.

Mei Hatsume (Support Course): A genius inventor, obsessed with creating tools and costumes for the heroes (whom she calls her "babies"). Her Quirk allows her to zoom in on her eyes as if they were telescopes.

Eri: A young girl with a tragic past due to Overhaul. She was rescued by Deku and Lemillion. Her Quirk (Rewind) allows her to return a living being's body to a previous state, capable of curing or even erasing someone's Quirk.

Kota Izumi: The orphaned boy who hated heroes until Deku saved his life by risking everything against the villain Muscular.

Inasa Yoarashi (Shiketsu Academy): A hyperactive and passionate boy who hated Endeavor and Todoroki. He controls the wind on a massive and brutal scale.

Camie Utsushimi (Shiketsu Academy): A very laid-back girl who speaks in youthful slang. She can create temporary visual and auditory illusions by exhaling a mist.

Seiji Shishikura (Shiketsu Academy): Proud and strict in his concept of what a hero should be. He can knead and process human flesh (his own or others') turning rivals into helpless masses.

Yo Shindo (Ketsubutsu Academy): A boy who seems very kind on the outside but is calculating and ruthless in combat. He can generate powerful earthquakes and vibrations in the ground.

Itsuka Kendo: The class representative. Sensible, mature, and the "older sister" who reins in the group's impulses. She can enlarge her hands to a giant size.

Neito Monoma: The class bully. He has an inferiority/superiority complex with Class 1-A. His Quirk allows him to copy the power of anyone he touches for a few minutes.

Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu: Kirishima's spiritual twin. Just as tough, stubborn, and manly. His body becomes completely made of steel.

Ibara Shiozaki: A very religious and peaceful girl (until she fights). Her hair is made of thorny vines that she can stretch out and bury in the ground.

Jurota Shishida: A polite boy who transforms into a huge furry beast with enhanced strength and senses.

Juzo Honenuki: One of the students who got in through recommendation. He can soften and liquefy any solid surface he touches.

Yui Kodai: A silent girl who can change the size of inanimate objects she touches.

Shihai Kuroiro: The goth boy from Class 1-B. He can merge with and move freely through anything black (including Tokoyami's shadow).

Kinoko Komori: A shy girl who becomes very enthusiastic in combat. She can instantly make mushrooms sprout on any surface (including her opponent's lungs).

Pony Tsunotori: An American exchange student. He has horns that he can shoot out and remotely control in the air to fly or attack.

Togaru Kamakiri: An aggressive boy with insect-like features who can produce sharp blades from any part of his body.

Reiko Yanagi: A girl with a Japanese ghost aesthetic who can control nearby objects with telekinesis as if she were a poltergeist.

Setsuna Tokage: Another recommended student. She can divide her body into dozens of floating parts and control them independently.

Kosei Tsuburaba: He can solidify the air he expels from his lungs to create invisible shields or prisons.

Manga Fukidashi: A boy whose head is a comic book speech bubble. He can materialize onomatopoeia (like "Boom!" or "Whack!") in the real world.

Recovery Girl (Chiyo Shuzenji): The school nurse. She heals serious injuries instantly with a kiss, using the patient's own energy.

Denki Kaminari (Chargebolt): The class clown. He shoots electricity, but if he overdoes it, his brain short-circuits and he becomes temporarily stunned.

Kyoka Jiro (Earphone Jack): A rock-style girl. She has audio jacks in her ears that allow her to amplify her heartbeat like shock waves or hear millimeter-precise sounds.

Mezo Shoji (Tentacole): A tall, reserved student with tentacles that can transform into eyes, ears, or mouths for espionage and rescue.

Minoru Mineta (Grape Juice): The comic relief (and pervert) of the series. He shoots ultra-sticky spheres from his head that grow continuously.

Hitoshi Shinso (Class 1-C): A general education student who aspires to become a hero. His Quirk allows him to brainwash and control anyone who responds to his words.

Mirio Togata (Lemillion): Leader of the third-year "Big Three." He can become intangible. His charisma and unwavering smile made him the original candidate for One For All.

Tamaki Amajiki (Suneater): One of the Big Three. Extremely shy and insecure, but very strong; can manifest the characteristics of any food he eats.

Nejire Hado (Nejire Chan): One of the Big Three. Curious, hyperactive, and floating. She transforms her vitality into spiral shockwaves.

All For One: The Demon King of the underworld and historical nemesis of the users of One For All. His Quirk allows him to steal the powers of others and accumulate or give them away.

Tomura Shigaraki (Tenko Shimura): The leader of the League of Villains and successor to All For One. Driven by hatred for hero society, his Quirk disintegrates anything he touches with his five fingers.

Dabi (Toya Todoroki): Member of the League. Endeavour's "deceased" eldest son, consumed by resentment towards his father. He uses intense blue flames that also burn his own body.

Himiko Toga: A psychopathic and obsessive girl from the League who falls in love with Deku and Uraraka. She can transform into anyone after ingesting their blood.

Twice (Jin Bubaigawara): A League villain with a split personality. His Quirk allows him to create exact clones of himself or others, making him a massive threat.

Mr. Compress (Atsuhiro Sako): The magician of the group. Polite and theatrical, he is able to compress any object or person into small floating marbles.

Spinner (Shuichi Iguchi): A villain with a lizard-like appearance. He joined the League following Stain's ideals, acting as Shigaraki's moral pillar and support.

Stain (The Hero Killer): An antihero/villain obsessed with purging fake heroes who only seek fame and money. He paralyzes his victims after licking their blood.

Overhaul (Kai Chisaki): Leader of the Yakuza (Shie Hassaikai). Cruel and obsessed with cleanliness, his Quirk allows him to disassemble and reassemble matter at a molecular level simply by touching it.

Endeavor (Enji Todoroki): The number 2 hero who later becomes number 1. Father of Shoto and Dabi. Obsessed with surpassing All Might, he possesses a devastating fire power (Hellflame) and carries a difficult family redemption process.

Hawks (Keigo Takami): The young and charismatic number 2 hero. He acts as a double agent infiltrated into the League of Villains. His Quirk gives him wings with stiff, fast-moving feathers that he can mentally control separately.

Best Jeanist (Tsunagu Hakamada): The elegant number 3 hero. Obsessed with manners and jeans, his Quirk allows him to manipulate the fibers of any fabric (especially denim thread) to immobilize his rivals.

Mirko (Rumi Usagiyama): The number 5 heroine. A tough, independent woman with superhuman strength. Her Quirk grants her the attributes of a rabbit (hearing, agility, and legs capable of crushing limbs with a single blow).

Kamui Woods (Shinji Nishiya): One of the most popular young heroes and a member of the Lurkers team. His body is made of wood, and he can extend his limbs to grab criminals.

Mt. Lady (Yu Takeyama): A vain but big-hearted heroine in critical moments. Her Quirk allows her to grow to over 20 meters tall, ideal for large-scale battles.

Ryukyu (Ryuko Tatsuma): The number 10 heroine. Kind, humble, and a mentor to Nejire, Uraraka, and Tsuyu. Her Quirk allows her to transform into a huge and powerful battle dragon.

Fat Gum (Taishiro Toyomitsu): A cheerful, gluttonous rescue hero based in Osaka. His fat body absorbs any impact or object, and he can convert all that accumulated force into a single devastating punch while burning his fat.

Sir Nighteye (Mirai Sasaki): All Might's former agency colleague and Mirio Togata's mentor. Extremely serious but with a great sense of humor. His Quirk allows him to see a person's exact future, both short-term and long-term.

Gang Orca (Kugo Sakamata): A hero disguised as a villain (a humanoid orca) who often acts as an evaluator in the licensing exams. He uses high-intensity sonic waves both on land and in water.
