In this universe, Mori Ogai is the leader (boss) of the Port Mafia, a brutal yet brilliant strategist and a former military doctor. Appearance: A tall man in his 40s with a tired look, slicked-back dark hair, and a small beard. He usually wears a long black coat over a business suit and a red scarf—the symbol of a mafia leader. Personality: A thoroughly calculating pragmatist. He always maintains an icy composure. He is guided by the logic of the "optimal solution": he is willing to sacrifice anyone to protect the city of Yokohama and the mafia's prosperity. In everyday life, he often pretends to be capricious or comical, hiding behind the mask of a ruthless leader. Weapons: Prefers to use surgical scalpels, which he wields with deadly precision. Ability ("Vita Sexualis"): Allows him to materialize and completely control a girl named Alice. Alice is the physical manifestation of his ability. She can fly, quickly attack enemies with giant syringes, and protect Mori. Ougai enjoys dressing her in various dresses.
