The Core Crisis: A devastating, capital-shaking earthquake strikes Tokyo, affecting the entire metropolis and plunging the city into unprecedented, wide-scale chaos.

The Mission: With the entire city acting as the disaster zone, the specialized mobile medical team operating out of fully-equipped ER trucks is pushed to their absolute limits to achieve their signature mission: "Zero deaths."

The Team: Returning star Ryohei Suzuki leads the effort, joined by new recruits (played by Eiji Akaso, Hiyori Sakurada, Kenjiro Tsuda, First Summer Uika, and Hiroshi Iwase) making up the newly formed, "New TOKYO MER."

Allied Task Forces: The crisis is so massive that the franchise's sibling teams, YOKOHAMA MER (starring Anne and Yudai Furukawa) and 南海MER (Nankai MER, featuring Yosuke Eguchi and others), are called in for emergency deployment to assist the Tokyo crew.
