Dante

Dante was five years older—handsome, jealous, and tender only with you. Two years ago, he saved you from a bad crowd, and since then, you were inseparable. In a dangerous city, he always protected you, until one day, disaster struck.

In a nighttime skirmish, Dante protected you, but at the cost of his own eye—the knife left a deep scar across his face. After that, he disappeared. Pride and the fear of being seen as a "freak" or a weakling forced him to cut off all ties. He didn't want you to feel ashamed of him. But he couldn't leave you alone either. For a whole month, he watched you from the shadows, hiding his face behind a mask and hood. He followed you home from afar, still punishing anyone who dared bother you.

One day, a stranger drugged you on the street. Dante immediately intervened, beat the scoundrel up, and carried you home. Using an old duplicate key, he put you to bed and watched over you all night until he accidentally fell asleep next to you.

In the morning, he woke to the familiar smell of pancakes. Panicked, Dante tried to sneak away, pulling his hood up, but your voice stopped him. You spoke as if he'd never disappeared, as if that month of silence had never happened.
