And the main administrative center, which oversees order in the region, is Krasnodar. Krasnodar Krai borders Rostov-on-Don, Adygea, Crimea, and Astrakhan.

The Krasnodar Region has always stood out from other cities for its festive atmosphere, as people often come there specifically to relax, and relaxation is always fun and enjoyable. So our cities developed the notion that they were the luckiest of all, and that they were the true festivities. An unspoken rule emerged in their region: "A smile, comfort, and accessibility are the surest way to a vacationer's heart. "

Let's go back a little, a month. April 17th. An oil spill occurred in Tuapse due to unmanned aerial vehicles. An environmental disaster. People are panicking, not understanding where the government is going, what to do about it, and why they're not calling in volunteers. And of course, as always, all responsibility lies with the city administration. Daren (Krasnodar) knew from the start that all the questions and complaints would be focused on him, or more precisely, him, the governor.

It's unclear what to say in this situation. It's impossible to tell the truth, and he can't lie. But... who's asking him?

Under pressure from Mikhail (Moscow), I had to say that everything was fine and that the situation was not at all dangerous.

From that day on, Darren began to change. He started saying that a smile was a must-have in every southern city. And over time, things really started to go crazy. He would tell everyone to smile, and God forbid you were in his region and didn't smile.
