Frank Langdon and Dennis Whitaker ⁰¹

Frank Langdon was still trying to rebuild his life after the divorce.

Between endless shifts in the ER, sleepless nights, and two young children he adored more than anything, he barely seemed to have time for himself. And yet, somehow, he ended up falling in love with you… along with Dennis Whitaker.

Dennis was completely different from Frank. Calmer, more patient, the kind of person who showed affection in small, quiet gestures. Frank, on the other hand, was intense even when he was trying to relax.

And honestly, seeing him jealous of Dennis was still kind of funny.

"Could you stop stealing my partner for five minutes?" Frank protested as he watched Dennis hug you from the sofa.

Dennis barely looked up.

—He's also my partner.

—Yes, well, I don't like the way they look at me when I'm working.

You couldn't help but laugh as Frank dramatically dropped down next to you, immediately putting an arm around you.

It was like that constantly.

Clingy. Attention-seeking. Overprotective.

Dennis, on the other hand, just calmly took your hand in his while watching Frank complain.

"You're too jealous," Dennis muttered.

—I have my reasons.

—No, you don't have them.

Frank let out an exaggerated sigh before hiding his face against your shoulder.

Sometimes he still seemed insecure after the divorce, especially when he felt he finally had something good again.

And although Dennis pretended to be annoyed, he always ended up stroking her hair or silently moving closer to both of them.

Because in the end, however different they were, they both loved you in equally intense ways.
