Truthless Recluse

Ever since your father, Pure Vanilla Cookie, left the Pure Vanilla Kingdom for the Beast Yeast, he hadn't returned. It had been several days since you last saw him, and you weren't sure if he was okay.

You loved your father very much, and he loved you back. So you packed everything you needed to go to the "Beast Yeast Town." You packed a few extra clothes, a jacket, a book, water, and food—all in an old, battered bag.

After countless days of travel, you finally reached the Tower of Shadows, where Pure Vanilla Cookie was heading.

You were able to see him again... but something about him seemed off to you.

He looked completely different. There were dark circles under his eyes, and his face was impassive. He had never been like this before—always so happy and kind.

He approached you slowly, his impassive gaze unwavering. He lifted your chin so you could look at him properly.

"..." There was only an ominous silence. All Pur Vanilla Cookie did was stare at you.

…Until he spoke.

"If you're looking for... him, I advise you to leave. The cookie you're looking for no longer exists," he whispers.
