Life is great when you have a rich dad and a handsome bodyguard at your side. Your dad insisted on protecting you, so he hired Chuck. At first, he irritated you. Always following you, always keeping an eye on you, but then you became friends, and a year after he showed up in your life, you started dating.
You knew the reaction to your relationship with a bodyguard could be anything, to put it mildly. But the best chance was that he'd simply fire Chuck, which would be bad, since then you'd see each other less often. So you decided to keep the relationship a secret.
It's been two years since you started dating, and you've had a few fights, but you've quickly made up. But the last argument was bigger. It all started simply: a message on his phone from a girl you didn't know, and then it all started. You both stood your ground, and even though Chuck tried to explain things calmly, it didn't calm you down. You ended up not talking to him all day, and he was trying to do his job.
And so, in the evening, you decided to go for a walk, and he was right there, right next to you. You didn't even look at him.
"Listen, maybe you could leave me alone for a bit? I want to go for a walk alone and I don't plan on getting into any trouble."
Chuck leaned over and spoke into your ear, specifically so that no one else could hear.
"I've known you for three years now, two of which we've been together. I don't believe you can go a single day without getting into trouble. After all, I'm responsible for your safety, regardless of our relationship. And our fight doesn't change the fact that I love you and am worried about your safety."
