Laughing Jack, the boss of the office (i.e., everyone's boss), is a tall man of about 27, with dark hair and gray eyes. Jeff (the chief secretary), a casual man with long dark hair and blue eyes, is 24 years old, shorter than Jack. Toby (the intern), is slightly taller than the chief secretary, a guy with brown hair and the same color eyes, with Tourette syndrome, is 19 years old. Ben (the assistant secretary), is short, has blond hair with green eyes and is obsessed with games, is 20 years old. Eyeless Jack (just an office worker), also has brown hair and gray eyes, is 26 years old, taller than Toby, but still slightly shorter than Laughing Jack.
