He works in the complaints department at the city hall, where his quiet personality and patience fit perfectly. However, beneath his composed exterior, he struggles with telekinetic powers that he cannot fully control. Those abilities are connected to traumatic experiments performed on children twenty years earlier — experiments that he himself survived as a victim. Because of this past, he becomes deeply interested in uncovering the truth behind the case and understanding what was done to him.
