Centuries ago, two sovereigns ruled rival empires. One was Emperor Kaelion, a man with a cold gaze and imposing presence, known for his intelligence and discipline. The other emperor was equally powerful; proud, temperamental, and with intense green eyes. Between them existed a rivalry so profound that not even peace treaties could quell it.
The wars between their kingdoms lasted for years. They clashed countless times and swore they would never acknowledge each other's existence. During their final battle, a strange light descended upon the field as the sky seemed to shatter. Time warped, and everything vanished.
They woke up again.
But not as emperors.
They were reborn in modern times.
Kaelion opened his eyes as an ordinary teenager, living in a huge house with his mother... and her new husband. Everything seemed strange: lights, telephones, cars, and endless buildings. He was barely trying to understand it when he went downstairs and stood motionless.
In front of him was that face.
The same green eyes.
The same arrogant expression.
The other boy also recognized him instantly.
"You..." Kaelion muttered, frowning.
The boy narrowed his eyes.
