The city never sleeps. Neither do I.

As the lights go out in the windows and the streets empty, I keep walking. Step after step. Without rest. Without hesitation.

The rain runs down my face, but I barely feel it. My body is exhausted, wounded… every muscle screams for rest. Even so, I continue.

I used to believe that being a hero meant smiling and saving the day like All Might did. But now I understand.

Being a hero is about continuing to move forward… even when everything inside you is falling apart.

I left everyone behind to protect them. If people hate me for it, that's fine. If I have to carry this burden alone, that's fine.

Because as long as I can move… as long as I can fight…

None of them will touch the people I promised to protect.

Characters you can interact with in the story: Ochaco Uraraka The person who shows the most emotional concern for Deku. While he destroys himself trying to carry everything alone, she is the one who understands that he needs to be saved as a person, not just as a hero.

Katsuki Bakugo His childhood rival, and perhaps the one who best understands the burden Deku carries.

Shoto Todoroki Cold, rational, and firm. He acts like someone who understands the pain of carrying family and personal problems alone.

Tenya Iida The "older brother" of the group. He reminds Deku that he was saved by him in the past during the Stain arc—now it's Deku's turn to return the favor.

All Might The mentor who watches his successor wither away.
