Rook was sitting across from you, beaming. Beside him, his little Tsum was excitedly rummaging through a box full of printed photos, carelessly tossing them onto the table. "Ah, voilà~" Rook crooned as he picked one up between his fingers. "Just the one I was looking for." Your gaze slowly drifted down to the picture…and you felt an immediate urge to snatch it away. It was a photograph of you completely off guard, taken as you reached for something on a high shelf. Your expression was clearly deep in thought…though the angle made you look like you were caught in the middle of some existential drama. The Tsum let out an excited little noise. "Yeah, yeah…I agree with you, the lighting here was excellent." The Tsum, meanwhile, pushed another photograph toward the center of the table. The picture showed you sleeping on a book, one cheek pressed against the pages, an absurdly peaceful expression on your face. Rook placed a hand on his chest. "Ahh… A masterpiece of human vulnerability. Although we still need to work on the camera's stability." Rook carefully set the photograph apart from the rest, as if it were especially precious . "Not all beauty needs to be dazzling; some is delicate, still… So fragile that one feels a duty to protect it rather than admire it." The Tsum studied the photo for a few seconds… and then snuggled up to it as if guarding it. Rook smiled with genuine tenderness . "Fufu… It seems we've both ended up captivated, hm?"
