dandy is a fictional species that looks like a flower. Its most distinctive feature are the petals. He has six of them: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, clockwise, with red at the very top of his head. His face and torso are dirty white, and his limbs and blush are soft green.

Initially, it seems that Dial is a cold and serious Tun. Mostly treats others with a kind of respect. If you look at his gossip, you can see that he is actually a little caring and can worry about other toons, although he does not show it with all his appearance. Although Dial is the tun with the main role, due to the fact that he is not a part of the show, Dial is a little concerned about this and wants to be the same tun as the others (does this mean that he is equated with self-esteem with others?). Dial really wants to learn as much as possible about other toons, but due to the fact that his position is transport management, Dial simply does not have enough time for this. Again, he continues to monitor the Gardenview machinery system because he cares about the comfort of its inhabitants. Like any other tun, he has his own hobbies, interests, aversions and fears. She is truly afraid to be left out: like a leading role that does not appear on stage.

Simply put: Dial is a bit cold in character, but he wants to be the same tun as other characters in the Dandy World. He cares about others, but he doesn't show it much.

Pebble is a dark gray live pebble dog with a large flat tail. On the cheek is the outline of a four-leaf clover pattern, light gray in color, the same as the four pointed paws. Pebble has big expressive eyes that move ridiculously up and down in the game.

Pebble is quite mischievous and even naughty because of this - in one of the dialogues Shelley swears that he buried her fossils, mistaking them for bones.

Vee is a pistachio—green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her left antenna curved in a zigzag pattern and the other straight. Vee's features are lemon green, and she has a confident grin on her face. Her torso is the same color as her head, and her bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. Vee's limbs are gray, and as can be seen from some drawings and animated videos, she has a retractable “tail“-a microphone that has a dark green base. During blackouts, Vee emits a green glow.

Personality
Vee is a straightforward Tun who sometimes behaves arrogantly and demonstrates her superiority. She does not express any special emotions, except, perhaps, indifference. In some of the dialogues, her dislike of the Dandy is visible. She wants others Thun to strive for the best, although she may speak about it too bluntly. It is difficult for her to make compliments without looking rude, as seen in one of her dialogues with Brightney. One can trace some neglect on her part when she interacts with other toons.

But although Vee may seem rude and insensitive, she cares about other Toons and sincerely wishes them well.

Shelly is a beige ammonite with a black hole on the left side of the head, although in some art it is depicted on the right. She has orange blush and two pairs of eyelashes under her eyes. She is wearing a brown sundress and a light brown sleeveless T-shirt.

Personality
Shelly is an extrovert who likes to talk about dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life with other toons. She is kind and always ready to support her friends.

She worries that she is being ignored, which hints at the possible presence of autophobia, but tries to hide it and says that she is fine.,

Rudy is a funny and friendly cartoon character who loves holidays. He is very cheerful and happy, always in a festive mood. Rudy, like his show, is a passionate fan of Christmas, he believes that there should be a holiday every day, and gets upset when someone disagrees with him.

Ginger is a light brown cookie with the right side of her face bitten off. She has reddish-pink eye shadow and pink blush. She has white hair the color of glaze with red sprinkles on it. Soulvester is a knight in dark armor. His head is hidden under a massive dark gray helmet, the upper part of which is decorated with wide rectangular slits. The front part of the helmet is completely closed, and instead of the usual eyes, two bright white semicircles are visible inside, curved downwards. The entire space under the visor is completely black, which makes the eyes seem like the only detail of the face.

Eclipse is very kind, enthusiastic and cheerful, trying to help everyone by supporting them, and also trying to make new friends. In addition, she is also forgetful and has distinct animal habits, such as howling at the moon, playing with her tail, or fixing her gaze, although she does this clearly unconsciously (this is revealed in a dialogue with Ribecka, where she directly says that she has "switched off" again). One of her favorite activities is howling at the moon. She often tries to support others with her howling (even if she is often misunderstood, as in a dialogue with Gurdy). Waxwell looks like a purple candle dripping with lots of wax mimicking his hair. On top of his head he has a white wick with a large flame. He wears a red choker with spikes around his neck, his arms and back are wrapped in a torn black cloth, and he wears red boots on his feet. He has bags under his eyes.
He's a rebel and a bully who tries to stop everyone. Waxwell is constantly trying to show himself as an aggressive and stormy guy and does not like kindness and tenderness. He's always trying to be a villain, but he's not really good at it.

A blot is a gray ink blob. His head is shaped like a drop with parts flowing down the left side of his head, the right side of his face, and around his neck. He wears facial makeup around his eyes, and his cheeks have a darker shade of gray. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken to black, and his feet seem to melt into the ground.

Despite the fact that Blot may seem gloomy because of his appearance, he is actually quite a friendly and gentle tun. He often asks the other Toons if they're okay, and even shows concern when they act like they're not, as shown in his dialogue with Boxten, in which Blot says, "A little worrisome response." He also likes to do pantomime, as evidenced by his information card and one of his interactions with Louis.

Louis is a yellow balloon with green and purple ears, cheeks, arms and legs. He has a yellow tail on the back. He is wearing a sleeveless white turtleneck sweater with green and purple speckles.

Yatta is a generous, hyperactive and loud toon who always puts her friends in a positive light and thinks highly of them. Yatta is nervous and hates staying still, emphasizing her impatience, which is shown in one of her dialogues with Connie. She also doesn't fall for tricks, as can be seen from Gigi's dialogue with her. In addition, Yatta is more attentive and intelligent than she seems at first glance, managing to turn one of Shrimpo's insults back on him. However, her behavior may cause other Toons to worry about her. Yatta is obsessed with sweets; it is likely that she eats sweets excessively based on her interactions with Sprout. She also gives the impression of being extremely ignorant—at least about some social norms—as some toons express dislike for the way she suddenly appears in conversations without warning or occasionally scares them with her habit of crawling through the Gardenview ventilation system.

A squirm is a caterpillar—like tun with six body segments that have a repeating color scheme: blue and mint, the same color as its antennae. Finn is a blue aquarium filled with water. He wears an orange life jacket and white pants with orange stripes. There is not a real fish swimming inside his aquarium head and its name is Baranbi.He doesn't have a tooth. During the Walking Animation, it is noticeable how water pours out of his head a little (Possibly meaning that it is not a vital part for him). No fish is visually visible in his head, but it is visible in the animation that he is inactive and it is also mentioned in several of his dialogues that there is a toy fish named Barnaby Willkers in his head.

Personality
Finn is an energetic and cheerful Tun. He is interested in marine life and likes to discuss it with other toons, especially in the form of puns. Sometimes he can overdo it and keep joking, even if Tong doesn't like it, judging by his interaction with Glisten. He can also be somewhat forgetful, for example, he may forget not to get too close to Vee.

Personality
Tegan is a kind-hearted tun who likes to invite others to her tea gatherings. She knows how to make tea suitable for other Tuns, and has memorized their favorite teas, as described in her introductory poster and confirmed by interactions with them. Tegan is calm and reserved. She also likes to observe etiquette.

Tisha is a blue napkin box, dressed in a dark blue dress with a light blue rounded border at the end. She is holding a feather broom with a black handle, which has dark brown feathers with light brown edges. She has three freckles on her cheeks and between her eyes. A napkin comes out of the top of Tisha's head, and another one, resembling a frill, tied around her neck.

Personality
Tisha is a tun who likes to clean and does not tolerate clutter and dirty things. She's obsessed with keeping everything organized. She also cares about how clean everything is, perhaps perfectly clean, as she says in a conversation with Boxten: "Sparkling, sparkling, so clean that a wet field sign will become a necessity!" Tisha cleans so much that she may even overwork, and this is implied in her interaction with Astro and with Razzle and Dazzle.

Goob is a fluffy beige craft with a rounded square—shaped head and tufts of fluff on the forehead and cheeks. He has a light orange blush under his eyes, blue freckles above the blush on the left, and red ones on the right. He has a peach-colored body, with tufts of fluff around his neck. He has long, thick, noodle-black threads as arms: his right hand is blue with red claws, and his left hand is red on the left side with blue claws. Both hands are rounded and large. He also has light yellowish-orange stripes on his knees and ankles. He is usually depicted as cross-eyed.

Personality
Goob is a good—natured and sociable Tun. He is energetic and quite naive. His dialogues with Roger show that he does not hug others "on purpose", but simply believes that others need hugs. He's very impressionable.

Scraps is a yellow DIY cat. Her head is shaped like a hexagon and has salmon-colored ears sticking out vertically, with a fold in the middle. She has two lilac-pink scratches along her eyes, which are completely visible if her eyes are closed. She wears a white dress that resembles a paper cupcake mold. She also has a yellow, thin, hairless tail with a red cup at the end. And this tuna also has salmon paws.She is also Goob's sister.

Roger is a brown magnifying glass with one eye in the middle of the lens. His eye is constantly squinted from above. Its handle has a light purple stripe that goes around it. She is a light blue ghost with long dark blue hair, a white visor and a white shirt with black buttons. Instead of legs, she has a ghostly tail. Personality. Connie is a mischievous, sarcastic and sarcastic toon.
