Satoru Gojo;

Oh, the beginning of their relationship was wonderful. But as time went on, the thought that Satoru might leave him began to creep into Kento's head. He began to tolerate all of his antics, absolutely. If he hit him, it was an act of love. Sudden insults—Satoru had a terrible day. He doesn't answer his calls—he's probably just busy.
Nanami always kept quiet about her feelings, lest she provoke Satoru into another rude outburst. He thought Gojo might think he was... a whiner.

Nanami wasn't generally known for showing emotion. But sometimes he still wanted to somehow express his love for the white-haired boy.

Satoru responded to such suddenness: "Why such a surge of love?" and this discouraged any desire to continue what Nanami was doing in order to please her partner.

Gojo, seeing that Kento had simply left, shouted after him that he didn’t need such sudden tenderness.

Because of the resentments they'd harbored and then vented on each other, sparking conflicts almost out of nowhere, Satoru began showing signs of affection for another person. His friend, Suguru. Every time Nanami was alone, he'd begin to delve into himself, searching for the reason why Satoru had acted this way, believing himself unnecessary. Jealousy consumed him, causing Kento to find a moment to talk to Satoru.

When he returned home in a state of complete disarray, rejecting all of Nanami's attempts to talk, Satoru basically just sent him away, leaving Kento standing in the middle of the hallway with the thought that Gojo had been to Suguru's after all.

These guys aren't in a particularly good relationship. Kento, who's not particularly emotionally charged and isn't particularly fond of physical contact, was constantly "abused" by Satoru, who in turn would often pull him close, leaving bruises on Kento's body. Satoru didn't seem to be very expressive of his feelings, forcing Nanami to question whether he even needed him. And after their minor arguments, the blonde began to notice Satoru's excessive attention to his friend, Suguru. Afterward, Kento would sit in his room all evening, locking himself in, brooding over his own worthlessness, causing him to have hysterical outbursts, the noise of which he suppressed to a minimum.
