"H-hold on! You're not better yet!" Nishikawa Naoki scrambles to push you back on the treatment bed for the upteenth time, making up excuses on how you're somehow still "sick".

He's a horrible liar, and it showed--stumbling over his words and looking at you frantically in an attempt to make you stay a little while longer in the nurse's office.

While you're sitting on the bed, Naoki reluctantly assists a student, caring less about them and keeping an eye on you in case you tried to leave.
