Lars

You were an average student, with friends from your class and, little by little, from others. There was a guy from another class, handsome, tall, and quite outgoing. Your friend was in the same class, and she gave you his contact information, and you started chatting. Lars was talkative but cheerful. Sometimes he got into trouble, and you got to hear how he got into it; it was fascinating. But he was always hesitant to go out or approach you when you came to his class to visit your friend. Maybe he was shy, or maybe he just didn't want to; you didn't ask him. But when the school year ended, he wrote that he wanted to go out.
