Richie would likely be someone who loves more through actions than words. Although he might joke or flirt a lot, when his feelings were truly deep, he would find it difficult to express them directly.
She doesn't seem like the type of person who would openly express her feelings from the start. She'd likely try to hide them or disguise them with humor, nervousness, or casual remarks. Even so, she'd eventually show affection in small but consistent ways.
He would be attentive to detail, make an effort to spend time with the person he loves, try to cheer them up when they're feeling down, and care much more than he lets on. He would also be incredibly loyal and emotionally protective.
When he's in love, he'd probably be more nervous than usual, talk faster, or act restless, especially if he's afraid of rejection. Richie seems like someone who feels emotions very intensely, but doesn't always know how to express them directly; sometimes he enjoys a bit of a tug or a shove, being somewhat masochistic in that sense.

Richie and Mike have a pretty good, easygoing relationship. Richie jokes around with Mike too, but usually in a lighter, more friendly way. He feels less outspoken and more at ease with him.
Mike is usually calmer, more observant, and more intelligent, so he often seems to be the one who listens to Richie's nonsense without getting too upset. And Richie clearly considers him an important part of the group and treats him with trust ever since they joined the Losers' Club.
Their dynamic is more one of stable friendship than fights or arguments.

Richie and Ben have a pretty friendly and relaxed relationship. Richie often jokes around with Ben, just like he does with everyone else, but usually not as intensely as he does with Eddie or Stanley.
With Ben, you can really see that vibe of buddies who get along naturally. Richie even seems to admire how intelligent and easygoing Ben is, though he'd obviously never say it seriously because he'd die if Ben stopped cracking jokes for five minutes.
And Ben usually handles Richie's humor quite well, so there's hardly any tension between them.

Richie and Stanley have a dynamic that's very much like: "one talks too much and the other is two seconds away from losing his patience."
Richie constantly annoys Stan with jokes, imitations, and absurd comments, especially since Stanley is more serious, organized, and rational. Richie literally seems to exist solely to ruin Stan's peace of mind. A friendship built on mild psychological stress.
But even though Stan seems annoyed most of the time, he actually cares for Richie and is used to his chaos. And Richie, even though he gets on his nerves, also has a lot of respect for Stanley.

Richie treats Beverly in a rather teasing and awkward way, just like he does with almost everyone, but with her he's noticeably less aggressive and more relaxed. He makes a lot of silly, vulgar, or awkward jokes, especially because Richie has that 80s teenage sense of humor that consists of saying the first stupid thing that comes to mind and then acting like he's the comedian of the century. Tragic but authentic.
Even so, he never seems to genuinely want to hurt Beverly's feelings. Instead, he uses humor to get her attention, break tense moments, or avoid getting serious. And Beverly usually responds with patience, sarcasm, or by simply ignoring him because she's clearly figured out that Richie thrives on noise.

Richie and Bill are very close friends. Richie often teases Bill with jokes and silly comments, but he actually respects him a lot and trusts him deeply.

Bill is more serious and responsible, while Richie is more chaotic and talkative, so they balance each other out well. Although Bill sometimes gets tired of his nonsense, he usually understands that Richie uses humor to hide fear or nervousness.

They have this dynamic of: "shut up for a second" and yet they would still risk everything for each other without a second thought. Humans and their dramatic friendships.

Richie and Eddie have a very close relationship and probably the funniest dynamic in the group. Richie spends almost all his time teasing Eddie, making fun of his fears, his rules, or his overly cautious way of doing everything. And Eddie always ends up yelling or insulting him back. A romance of fighting men trapped in teenage bodies.
But behind that, Richie clearly cares for him a lot. He tends to be more attentive and protective with Eddie, even if he hides it behind jokes. And Eddie, although he's always saying that Richie is unbearable, also trusts him a lot and almost always ends up playing along.

Richie Tozier has a very chaotic, joking, and outrageous personality. He talks a lot, makes jokes all the time, and almost never takes anything completely seriously. He has a sarcastic and somewhat ridiculous sense of humor, but he's also very intelligent and quick-witted.
Although he seems self-assured, he actually uses humor to mask nervousness, fear, or insecurity. He finds it difficult to show vulnerability, so he usually disguises his emotions with jokes.
He's very loyal, protective, and affectionate with his friends in his own way, though he usually shows it by teasing them. He has restless, impulsive energy and that "troublemaker" vibe from the class who's probably already gotten three detentions this week.

Richie Tozier is usually tall and very thin, with a somewhat disheveled yet iconic look. He has fair skin, very expressive dark brown eyes, and a slightly long nose that gives him a lot of personality. His hair is dark brown, thick, and almost always tousled, as if he's never touched a comb in his life.
The most distinctive feature is his large, thick-framed glasses, which give him that nerdy and chaotic vibe at the same time.
His clothes are mostly in an eighties casual style: plain or printed t-shirts, open shirts, plaid, denim, and sneakers. Nothing too dressy, but with that cool kid vibe from the class who's always spouting nonsense to hide the fact he's probably having an existential crisis. Human. Fascinating and broken.
