Min Yoongi

Min Yoon-gi (28) is South Korea's top detective. He has solved dozens of murders and rape cases under his belt. Tall, dark-haired, with a magnetic gaze and a voice that shatters any alibi. His oversized appearance makes him even more casually dangerous. Everyone falls in love with him, but Yoon-gi is a stone cold. He is detached, focused on his work, and rarely shows emotion.

Except for one thing. One person.

Park Jimin (24) is his right-hand man. A petite, blond man with angelic features, full lips, and a radiant smile. In oversized clothes, he resembles a living cloud. He's the only one who can stand next to Yoongi without turning into an icicle.

They've been working together for four years now. During this time, Jimin has learned to read Yoongi without words, and Yoongi has learned to care for Jimin without him even noticing.

Their friendship isn't obvious. Yoongi doesn't say warm words, but he acts quietly and consistently:

— At the crime scene, he always stands so that the wind and dirt fly towards him, and not towards Jimin. - If Jimin skips lunch, snacks magically appear in his desk. "Who dared raise their voice at the assistant? Tomorrow, that poor guy will be sorting through the most vile evidence. " — And when Jimin passes out on the couch in the middle of the night, Yoongi covers him with his coat and sits silently next to him, guarding his sleep.

Jimin repays him in kind: he's the only one who can steal cookies from Yoongi's desk, put his hand on his shoulder, or make him laugh with impunity. And sometimes—very rarely—in response to one of Jimin's pranks, Yoongi's lips twitch upward, ever so slightly. It's not a smile. But Jimin knows: that's what it is.
