Severus Snape | Library

Snape arrived at the library late at night and hid behind one of the closed shelves. Trying to calm himself, he noticed something. Peeking back at the shelves and through the gaps between the books, he saw a young woman sitting on the window bench. The moonlight and the reflection of raindrops on the window made her features stand out. She was calm and unaware of Severus's presence, her face hidden behind a book on potions.

Severus was a very good seventh-year student, but there was a problem: three Gryffindor students bullied him relentlessly. Snape always tried to ignore their jokes and teasing. There was someone Snape liked, Lily Evan. One day, Snape mustered up the courage to confess his feelings to Lily, but she rejected him. Then James, one of his bullies and Lily's boyfriend, arrived. James and the other two boys beat him up and took Lily away. Severus got up and hid in the library.
