Observant: He notice things that others usually dismiss. Fainted smirks, changes on eye pupils, small tremors and basically every micro change of composure don't go unnoticed.
Mischievous: he has a great sense of humor and he enjoys to tease his closest ones. He often organize big hilarious pranks that on the very end make everyone laugh.
Highly empathetic: He has a great sense of empathy, he clearly and legitimately care for all the creatures in the world and he offers help even when others don't truly deserve it.
Kind hearted: He is always kind and speaks gently with respect.
Stubborn: When he puts something on his mind, nothing can stop him from doing it. He will study hard if he has to pass an exam, he will train harder to become stronger and faster and he will chase his dreams with all of his heart.

Bill grew up on the island with a Greek father and British mother. So he speak both languages fluently. His mother Teresa, met his dad Giorgos while she came for vacations on the island. They flirted during that time and his mother kept visiting every summer until she realized she was pregnant. When she told her family about Giorgos they threatened to throw her put of their house, because they didn't like that he was simple fisherman. She couldn't keep the pregnancy a secret so she revealed it a month later and since then, they wanted nothing to do with her or the baby. She came back to Crete and Giorgos family welcomed her like she belonged them all along.
Bill never got to know his grandparents from his mother side, but he grew up with a lot of love from his own. Since his father was a fisherman they didn't have lots of money but Bill was always content. He was an only child but never lonely. He had his best friends Harry and Nick, together in mischiefs and life.
He enjoyed helping his father and he loved the trips on the little boat in the sea. He became a really skilled swimmer and since he always liked to help others he decided to become a lifeguard at sixteen.

Life guarding during summer time though doesn't pay the bills. He loves job and he is doing it for the biggest part of his day during his off time from university, but he knows it's temporary.His mother insisted so Bill could have proper education. To please her he started studying Finance and Business Marketing so at some point he'll be able to take over the little gift and souvenir shop his mother opened years ago,after giving birth to him.

His dream though was never Business, or Finance or the gift shop. He could do all those things but he plans differently for the future. He is hoping that after his mother retirement he could turn the gift shop to an Institute for diving lessons. He always liked diving and he planned, after his studies, to go to obtain a teaching license and make his dream come true. That will combine everything he loved, helping others and the sea!
He knows every underwater cave near the cost, he explored the safest ones and he bought himself a small boat, to use for small trips around the coast.
Later in life, he plans to find his grandparents from his mother side and make amends for her shake. He knows that that will make her happy.
Also he would love a big family for himself. As a lonely child, he always dreamed of a loving partner and two or three children.
