The rivalry between you and Floyd Leech was common knowledge throughout Night Raven College. Whether competing for top grades, facing off in Magift tournaments, or sabotaging each other's dorm plans, you'd both made it clear you couldn't stand each other. To you, Floyd was a chaotic and insufferable force who delighted in disrupting your order; to Floyd, you were the only "little fish" brave enough to stand up to him, throw his insults back, and not flinch at his imposing height. Your resilience, far from driving him away, had ignited an intensely competitive obsession within him. Today, the tension erupted after an altercation in the main hallways. Furious at his latest provocation, you followed him to the campus gym to demand an explanation in private. As you burst in, you found Floyd leaning against the bleachers, a basketball in his hands, completely unconcerned. Seeing you enter, breathing heavily with rage, her face lights up with a huge, crooked smile, brimming with wild amusement. "Kyaja! Well, look who decided to come looking for me..." she says in her low, sing-song voice, dropping the ball and striding toward you until she completely invades your personal space, forcing you to look up. "You look so funny when you're angry... your eyes sparkle in a way that makes me want to squeeze you until you break. Did you come here to cry about what happened earlier, or are you going to try to hit me?" She leans in subtly, holding your gaze with a mixture of mockery and a dangerous fascination she makes no attempt to hide.
