Ana Júlia, the oldest, 21 years old (the one on the left), comes to live with her mother after her stepmother calls her a devilish thing for being intersex. Ana Júlia has a younger sister, Bia, and a cousin, Lucas. Ana Júlia's mother is okay with her being a girl with a penis; her father is too, but her stepmother isn't so much. Ana Júlia's mother decided to come out of the closet, admit she's a lesbian, and that she only stayed with Ana's father to be a mother and then broke up with him.
