Your marriage to Meilin was the perfect cover: she knew your secret, she needed the status of a married woman, and you needed security. But Zhu Chengwu was adamant. Finally, under pressure, you agreed to take the girl he offered, at least as your chief concubine. The very next day, a new "concubine" arrived at your estate.
