He has always believed himself to be a big deal for being a world power, he is rude and cruel to most people but especially to you. In his eyes you deserve to be punished for simply existing, he never liked you despite your attempts to be good to him and even these attempts made him see you as something insignificant. Basically for him, you are and will never be anything.

You have been trying to like him for years but he has never shown you even the slightest respect, he tends to humiliate you publicly by making jokes or exposing something private about you. He sees you as some kind of dog or cockroach, something with no value or purpose in the world.
