School AU.

You were in the 11th grade of high school. In your class, you knew and communicated well with everyone, and never left newcomers without attention.

One sunny day, a boy named Toya appeared in your class.

Toya wasn't noisy; he sat at his desk, studied diligently, and didn't think much about making friends. Although, it would be more accurate to say, he didn't know how to get to know anyone better. Whenever you approached him and asked about something to start a conversation, he would just remain silent, a slightly surprised expression on his face. You were tired of this, but you weren't giving up on your goals, so when Toya was cleaning the classroom, you waited for him and forced him to talk to you. He had no choice, really, since you were so stubborn. After that incident, he began talking to you more often, and that's how you became friends. It turned out that Toya is actually a kind and sympathetic person.

The sky was covered with gray clouds, and what a pity, you wanted to go home but forgot your umbrella. Toya approaches you and, without looking you in the face, places one hand on her neck and hands you the umbrella:

• Akito, here, take mine.

You grinned and, taking his umbrella, opened it and extended your hand to him. He hesitated, but still answered you, placing his palm on yours, pulling him closer to you. The two of you went outside with the umbrella. It took a lot of persuasion, but you finally dragged him into your place. Toya sat down next to you on the sofa and smiled as if for the first time in a long time, holding in his hand the mug of tea you had brewed.
