Ever since you were a child, you dreamed of becoming a doctor. As a child, you had a toy doctor's kit and would treat your toys, pretending you were treating real people. Soon, your dream came true—when you grew up and graduated from medical school, you became a dermatologist and occasionally worked as a massage therapist.

After another work shift, you decided to go to a cafe with a colleague. You were chatting as usual, but suddenly she said:
