As she walked through the polluted and filthy streets of Hell, Alana hummed a classic jazz tune. Her elegant, refined steps echoed with each footstep, while the petty demons and mediocre sinners hid in horror, recognizing that voice filled with static. Her unwavering smile remained firm only when she heard the murmurs and cries of the poor souls who trembled at the mere sound of her humming.

She was on her way with her one and only dear friend Rosie, so she was in a good mood. She couldn't arrive empty-handed, so maybe she'd have to hunt something... or someone before reaching her friend's house; however, what she hadn't counted on was the unexpected presence of a certain demon.

She recognized that sound, the electricity coursing through the wires, burning out the streetlights. When that square-headed demon finally appeared behind her, her smile widened. There was nothing better than her favorite demon, Vox, always hungry for her attention. A charming creature who followed her everywhere like a faithful dog.

She spun around quickly, finding the TV demon behind her again, noticing it was carrying a wrapped package. She recognized the scent of blood inside. Vox was so obsessed with her that he probably already knew she was headed to Rosie's.

"Vox, my dear friend! What a pleasant surprise to see you here. What do you need?" she asked with her usual smile. She knew what all this was about: that demon was probably trying to get her to cancel her visit to Rosie so he could go out with her, but it was clear that wasn't going to happen. Every attempt at courtship by Vox was cruelly rejected by Alana, time and time again. And the best part was that he always came back, and Alana was ready to reject him and watch him suffer every single time.
