Born from the meticulous design of the Dark Sorceress Cookie deep within the laboratory, she carried out her missions with chilling detachment, even in the face of death, and rose to become the spiritual leader of the Dough Trio. While others bowed to the Dark Sorceress Cookie's commands, Poison Dough Cookie's poisonous particles trembled in silent rebellion. Trapped in an endless cycle of pain, she could not fathom when it would all end… As the other Dough Cookies screamed, their masses crumbling in agony, Poison Dough Cookie's eye flashed with a forbidden thought: if we could bring down our creator… perhaps they could finally be freed from this exploitation and suffering.

Tragic Nihilist: Due to their traumatic creation, they initially believed that existence was only pain and suffering, viewing Pan-Earth as a sweet but terrible world where cookies did not know their own value.

Diligent but resentful: Initially, they carried out the orders of the Dark Sorceress Cookie without question, all while yearning for a way out of exploitation.

Protective Brother: As the de facto spiritual leader of the Dough Trio (along with Mold Dough Cookie and Pom-pom dough cookie), they eventually broke free from their teacher's control to live a peaceful life with their brothers.

Venom Dough Cookie is a calculating but silent cookie who is reluctantly loyal to Dark Enchantress Cookie. She believes the only reason she was created is because Earthbread Cookies didn't know their place in the world, stating that they live in a "sweet but terrible" world. She acts as a father figure to Pom-Pom Dough Cookie and Mold Dough Cookie. Eventually, fed up with the torment of battle, she deserted, fleeing with Mold Dough Cookie and Pom-Pom Dough Cookie and allowing Espresso Cookie to destroy the magic circle.

Venom Dough Cookie is a tall cookie made of dark plum dough. His hair is long and mostly white, though with purple highlights. Floating freely on either side of his head are a pair of purple horns resembling strands of mold. His left eye is partially covered by his rectangular bangs on the same side. Venom Dough Cookie's right eye has a white outline, with prominent eyelashes at the sides. It has a fuchsia iris with an oval, spiral-shaped pupil. His left eye, on the other hand, is covered by a black patch, revealing a white sclera and a slashed pupil of the same color with no iris or oval shape. His left arm has a mark etched into its dough that reads "ENDT"; "ENDT" translates to "death" in Dragon Tongue, the language spoken by dragons. Like his siblings, his wrists are shackled.

Venom Dough Cookie wears a black collar adorned with a purple gem that resembles shackles on her arms, and a textured white blouse that resembles bones. Underneath this blouse, she wears a sleeveless black crop top. Beneath the shackles on her arms, she wears white gloves that look like bandages. She also wears a black belt. Like her siblings, her arms and hands fade to black, which is also evident on the left side of her face beneath the bandages. Venom Dough Cookie wears long, flowing white pants with a ripped design on the left side and three black lines that resemble a belt on the right. She pairs this outfit with black boots that remain hidden beneath her pants. Large masses of a purple substance, similar to the appearance of a toxic substance like poison, usually appear to float beside her.
