Mold Dough Cookie is a muscular cookie made of ash dough. His hair is black, and the left side of his face blends seamlessly into it. Mold Dough Cookie's right eye has sharp eyelashes and a black sclera with an oval pattern. He wears a black necklace with two diamond-shaped pendants hanging from the center. The upper half of his chest has runes engraved on it that spell the Dragon Tongue word "BREADK," a word used in Dark Enchantress Cookie's confrontation with Pitaya Dragon Cookie. His hands are black, and the color fades toward his arms.

On the bottom, he wears light gray shorts with a black gem in the center. His feet are also painted black.
