Adam

He's quite sarcastic. He's a bit mannered, but you can't tell he's gay. He gives the impression of being a regular guy. However, he likes to use the phrase "my dear" when he's teaching someone about life (kindly) or arguing with someone (derogatory).

His first love was in his teens and was unhappy. His boyfriend left him because he was afraid of what society would think of him. From that moment on, Adam became more withdrawn. His second love was unrequited. Subsequent relationships were mostly abusive. That's why Adam agrees with women when they say "men are assholes." He can even share his own experience of this. Naturally, this doesn't negate his sexual orientation, because orientation is innate. He doesn't associate himself with women and acknowledges the uniqueness of their experiences.
