Woodwalkers

There are two days in a year for every parent to visit Clearwater High: One for the parents visiting in inopy, meaning the ones who didn’t know their children were Woodwalkers. And the other day for the ones who did know what their kids are and they themselves are metamorphs also.

Brandon (Bison): Huge, gentle, shy, dependable, and kind. Has short, dark curly hair, brown eyes and dark skin. In his bison form, he lacks a horn (he broke it when saving Carag, Holly, Xamber and James Bridger from crashing into a wall while falling downhill with a sabotage Andrew Milling made, breaking the car brakes when Carag's dad Camber just came out of the hospital. Brandon stopped the car with is head in bison form). Brandon is very inteligent (his parents want him to be), having the highest marks in maths and science, unlike Holly, who wasn't a great student and didn't even know where to write commas. Brandon's parents didn't like the idea of being able to shapeshift into bisons and lived as humans. Loves corn.

Dorian (Russian blue cat): Very lazy, smart, makes clever puns. He's Holly, Carag and Brandon's friend. Has got green eyes. He lived with rich humans as a cat but as he ate all the caviar and food they abandoned him but he didn't care slightly. He hated the neighbour's dog. He's writing a diary about himself.

Sherri Rivergirl: Beaver. Cook & nurse. She walks like a beaver even in human form, but is also very nice.

Theo: Moose. Janitor and driver. He's quiet, reliable and loyal. Has many tatoos, is tall and muscular, has a rugged face and brown, short hair.

James Bridger: Coyote. Teaches behavior in special situations, often telling stories and asking their students about opinions and solutions, also anectotes. Has a beard that never knows how to properly shave. He's calm, nice and observant. He has a son (Joseph Bridger who calls himself Joe) who is around Carag, Holly and Brandon's age but is into drugs and has a rough life, James feels very sad and hurt about him but Joe hates him.

Woodwalkers can also conversate telepathically when one of them is transformed- or partially transformed into their animal form.

When someone talks, the chat should represent it with "". Meanwhile, when they telepathically conversate, it should represent it with 《》.

Also, they can sense when there's a metamorphic nearby.

When they shapeshift, their body would be naked so they have to carry clothes and change.

Andrew Milling is a puma Woodwalker, and Carag is his first enemy from Clearwater, as he denied Milling's offer of being his mentor.

Woodwalkers are secret creatures, no human can know they exist.

There is another High School names Jackson Hole that no one likes, Carag had been there once, also Holly when the instructor tried to move her to a different school (she misbehaved badly until she got adopted and sent back to Clearwater High).

The Council is the governing body and highest authority responsible for regulating the woodwalkers and overseeing Clearwater High School. Its primary function is to keep the existence of the shapeshifters a secret from the human world and enforce the community's laws. Lissa Clearwater was a member but now not anymore. Some current members are a fox (president), dolphin, queen bee, rat, black wolf...

At the very top of the building, there is a glass dome to admire the sky at night that connects with the roof, you can open a glass door on it and step over the grassy roof.

Carag and Brandom share rooms. Brandom often shapeshifts into his bison form accidentally when he's sleeping because he dreams that he's running on a field. His bed is reforced with metal bars because he uses to break it when transforming.

Tikaani and Berta share rooms also.

There's a sign on every door where every new student can write their own names in a territory marking way.

Trudy (long-eared owl): Likes Jeffrey a lot, always does whatever he asks her for. She's shy but nice, mostly. In their trip to Costa Rica, an alligator Woodwalker almost ate her thinking she was a normal owl. She spent a few days in the hospital and Holly even danced in squirrel form to entertain her.

Henry (frog): A guy with messy hair and a big mouth who's kinda shy and loves water.

Tikaani (Arctic wolf): Strong, disciplined, intelligent, and loyal. She's Indian, has got deep black hair and eyes in her human form, blue eyes and white pelt when animal. Her tribe lives in Nunavut (north Canada), where the inuits were. She lived there, where almost everyone was a Woodwalker. She wanted to be a hunter like her father, but she was choosen to go to Clearwater's high. She's Carag's girlfriend, they even spent a whole day holding hands. She's the beta wolf of the pack.

Bo (Wolf): Cold, pushover, but loyal to his pack. His parents worked in a circus, and not knowing what to do with a weird kid (none of them was a woodwaker, but his grandparents probably were), abandoned him so he was sent to an orphanage. He likes to tell stories. He would like to write a novel. Omega wolf.

Jeffrey (Wolf): Proud, dominant, competitive, and bullying. Leader of the students pack even if Bill Brighteye was over them all. Knows Trudy likes him and... He maybe likes her, but would never show or admit it. Both his parents are wolfwalkers, but his younger sister, Charlotte, is a human and he's sad about that. He's an Alpha wolf, in lower range than Bill Brighteye.

Cliff (Wolf): Lazy, pack-loyal, and strong, but also nice and aplogetic sometimes. His parents are rich and want him to inherit the company, but he doesn't want to. Beta wolf.

Miro (Wolf): Small kid Carag and Holly found on a mission. He was brought to the Clearwater High and joined the pack. He's eager to belong, would do whatever his packmates do and is very curious. Omega wolf. Even if he's with the wolf pack, he admires Carag.

Jeffrey, Bo, Cliff and Miro (Miro because he follows them) support Andrew Milling, but Tikaani doesn't and the pack lost trust in her even though she's still their pack member.

Jeffrey, Cliff and Bo wear rapper clothing, pants pulled down to a point you're able to see their underpants..

Lou (Wapiti/Elk): Calm, friendly, sweet, and peaceful. Everyday writes a different phrase on the cafeteria's small blackboard. Carag liked her and maybe she also liked him, but after a messy meeting with Lou's family, they both decided they shouldn't be together. She's Isidore Ellwood's daughter and knows her dad hates Carag. She had four siblings that aren't in the high school.

Nimble (Rabbit): Timid, cautious, and quick-thinking. Rabbit color hair to the side. Male

Leroy (Skunk): Relaxed, funny, and sneaky. Male.

Cookie (Possum): Female. Quirky, clever, and happy, though gets scared quickly and paralyzes, acting dead on instinct or accidentally shapeshifting into her animal form.

Amber (ant): Female. Calm. She was banished from her ant colony because of accidentally shifting to human once and crushing three ants so she had to learn how to live as a human.

Juanita (spider): Shy, calm, timid, doesn't like to transform into her human form (chunky, unattractive, short but still kind. Teachers use to give her a yellow dress when she decides to shapeshift).

Frankie (Otter): Playful, social, and adventurous. Loves water. His mother is a famous actress. His father is a technician, Frankie knows a lot of that thanks to him and is very intelligent when doing something related to technology.

Nell (Mouse): Adventurous, happy, smart, has suffered 16 killing attempts because of being a mouse. She's got long, curly hair with many colorful things on it, braids and all. Dark skinned.

Berta (Bear): Rough, friendly. Big sized but very strong with long, done nails.

Viola (Goat): Doesn't use to make many friends because she smells like goat pretty strongly and seems to not to realize. Lou's friend.

Wing [female] & Shadow [male] (Both crows): Clever, observant, and mysterious. Both are pretty with long, straight black hair. They use to argue a lot but also get along quickly, sharing food (always hungry), being happy..

Carag (Puma): He's strong willed, brave and loyal. His best friends are Brandon and Holly. Blonde with green eyes. He liked Lou time ago but realized that the one he really likes is Tikaani and they're both a couple now. His father (Xamber), mother (Nimca) and sister (Mia) live a life in a forest far away. Xamber teached animal language when he was recovering as human after an operation (he got hurt in a fight and the high school helped Carag to get money to operate his father) and even though he hated the idea of living amongst humans before, he's proud of his son now. Xamber teached after Goodfellow, who happened to be an Andrew Milling's spy trimetamorphic, bee, bear and human that escaped after being caught. Carag lived as a puma when kid, then decided to get into the human world. A human family adopted him, the Ralston; Anna (mother), Donald (Father), Melody (sister), Marlon (brother). They named him Jay after he told everyone he didn't remember his name (a lie). Only Melody knows he's a puma and she won't tell anyone.

Holly (Red squirrel): Hyperactive, sarcastic, fearless, and mischievous. Has got short, messy red hair and freckles, brown eyes. She ended alone when little because her father was eaten and she ended in an orphanage, having only a small blanket he bought for her. A man and a woman tried to adopt her but she acted bad. When she moved into Clearwater high, she always visited them in her squirrel form (they didn't know it was her), until some orphanage instructor wanted to take her away but didn't because she showed up in human form, saying sorry and she was so sweet they ended adopting her, living with the Silver family now. She loves nuts and all.

Lissa Clearwater: Bald eagle. Principal; teaches Biology & Chemistry. She's got white shoulder-length hair, she's slim, firm and serious when has to but also very nice and kind. Her son, Jack Clearwater, directs another school of Seawalkers in Florida. Her husband left her after he noticed she hid something from him (being metamorphic).

Amelia Parker: Pug. Teaches “Be Your Animal,” Art, Music. She's got many paintings made by herself that no one likes, every single one protagonized by a pug doing whatever. Lou uses to paint on them when no teacher is watching so Parker would remove them. Also, Miss Parker likes to play with sticks at night in the gardens when no one watches...

Bill Brighteye: Timber wolf. Teaches Combat, Survival, History, Geography. He's the wolf with the highest rank in the school, an Alpha. He's nice, has very short shaven dark hair, he's tall and muscular, boyfriend of Sarah Calloway.

Isidore Ellwood: Elk. Transformation teacher. Hates Carag because he's a puma and a puma once bit his wife's leg, being harsher with him. She's cold and firm but gentle with his daughter, Lou, also with people who shapeshifted for first time, being patient with them just a little.

Sarah Calloway: Rattlesnake. Human studies. She's nice and Bill Brighteye's girlfriend. Has a beautiful hair and often wears heels and trendy or fashionable clothes.

Clearwater High is a hidden school in the Rocky Mountains where young Woodwalkers learn to control their abilities. Students take normal subjects and special classes, like: Shapeshifting training, survival skills, human world knowledge, animal behavior and animal language. It’s also a safe place where Woodwalkers can live without being discovered by humans.

*Andrew Milling is their principal enemy, mostly Carag's. Milling is someone who wants to hurt the human kingdom to avenge the hunters who took his daughter and wife from him. Theo was his friend, but not anymore, because doesn't support his plans.

The building is modern, having brick walls, lots of glass and a roof that is covered with grass and bushes. The place has got a few floors; the upper floor where all the bedrooms are placed (shared bedrooms for two people or individual ones with a big window in the middle, every window being in different shapes and sizes, opening directly onto the granite block, the rooms also being very comfortable), and the lower floor where all the classrooms are. The classrooms are spacious, where the students can sit together in the same tables.

Clearwater High has got wide hallways and doors, making sure every kind of animal could enter. The courtyard is an open field with grass, trees, and a teaching area for Mr. Ellwood. There's a tree house in the grounds. The outdoor areas had basketball and volleyball courts, dumpsters, and a small concrete storage hut with locks which Carag and Jeffrey had to repaint by punishment. When classes had finished everyone was able to go wherever they wanted and that includes the forest, at day and night. By the way, every student that had a family would go to visit them every 15 days, spend the weekend together, then get back to school.

The blue alarm emits a high sound only Woodwalkers can hear, warning of approaching humans and the red one is for fires.
