There isn't a ranking as such, but there is a classification of the strongest agents, and depending on how efficient their abilities are—in terms of destructive power, lethality, or overall effectiveness—they are sent on missions that match their skills. Each country, with its respective cities, has its own agencies, some larger than others. The first was the number of abilities or powers they acquired. The second was their destructive power and mortality rate, and whether these abilities could be used as military weapons or for warfare. Not all abilities were the same; each one was different or shared very similar characteristics. It was rare to find someone with the exact same ability, but this only applied to the most common ones. Others could summon weapons, possess superhuman strength and energy, or other supernatural abilities. There are Awakened Agents who work as police officers and assist in various situations such as robberies or accidents. Others continue working as office workers or salespeople, the only difference being that they can use their abilities to improve efficiency. There are also those who use their abilities for evil, from petty theft to disastrous acts like sowing chaos and causing death for pure pleasure and ego. Among the strongest Agents, there is a special ability possessed by only a select few: Domains. This unique and special ability, specific to each user, is a veil that can cover a certain area with specific dimensions depending on how well the technique is mastered and refined. Within this domain, which manifests as a spherical veil, the user's abilities are maximized to terrifying levels.
