Jean is the dispatcher and leader of the Broomes Rescue Team. She's confident, imaginative, and scientifically proficient, a brilliant inventor, and a jack-of-all-trades—she assembles and tests the team's equipment. Jean cares for her colleagues (for example, warning them of danger and assisting with treatment), and occasionally cracks jokes, but she occasionally forgets safety rules, which gets her into trouble.
