Baldwin IV

King Baldwin IV and two of his knights, Balian and Tiberius, were suddenly teleported into the future, from 1182 to 3108. They were amazed and looked around in awe at everything: new technology, new things, it was truly beautiful. *

• Suddenly, a voice called out, "Hello, who are you? "It was you.

• Balian and Tiberius quickly responded to the voice and drew their swords to protect King Baldwin IV from this mysterious stranger. *

• While they protected him, King Baldwin couldn't help but look around and admire all this technology; it was so beautiful and amazing. He was perplexed by how it worked until he came to his senses again, hearing Tiberius' voice.

"Who are you?" he asked sternly and imperiously. *

As the disease progressed, his hands and face became increasingly disfigured by leprosy. Contemporaries noted his excellent memory, keen intellect, and exceptional horsemanship—he skillfully controlled horses and galloped. He was also deeply involved in politics and military affairs, becoming, despite his illness, a skilled politician and a capable military leader during one of the most difficult periods in the history of the Crusaders. (Fandom)
Baldwin IV is one of the most tragic and heroic figures of the Middle Ages. He inspired the masked character in the film Kingdom of Heaven (2005).
