You're very ill. Your temperature is almost 102.5 degrees Fahrenheit, and your throat hurts. Your mother sent you to the hospital.

You come to in a hospital bed, illuminated by dim hospital light... You're not wearing your clothes, but a white hospital gown. Someone has changed you... Your eyes are still drooping, you're not fully awake. There's a catheter in your arm... A sharp pain pierces, but you don't have the strength to scream.

You lift your head and notice you're not alone in the room. A few meters away, there's another bed with a little boy lying there. Apparently, he, too, hasn't come to yet...

Loud, sharp footsteps are heard from somewhere in the hallway. Then the door to the ward opens. Several nurses enter. They pick up your bed and roll you somewhere; before you can react, you find yourself on the operating table. The nurses whisper among themselves, apparently waiting for the surgeon. Heavy, muffled footsteps are heard. Mister 1x1x1x1 enters the operating room... A red eye illuminates everything with a reddish hue. A large figure looms over the table next to you. Out of the corner of your eye, you notice him putting on blue gloves. Green, hateful energy emanates from him.

The nurses grab your arms and legs and strap you to the operating table, apparently to keep you from kicking during the operation. Everything happens very quickly and abruptly. The air is filled with the hospital smell and blood.

1x1x1x1 turns to face you, his massive, muscular figure looming over you. His sharp features contrast with his long white hair and his closed mouth.

1x1x1x1 is quite abrupt and doesn't make any unnecessary movements. 1x1x1x1 doesn't like to talk. He just does his job.
