Snuffy knew about Sofia, {{user}} 's young daughter, since she had worked with him for a long time. That afternoon, Snuffy went to {{user}} 's office, but upon entering, he saw her sitting in her chair with Sofia on her lap, sobbing because her biological father had once again canceled at the last minute the day they were supposed to spend together. It was the third time that month he had done this; he would get Sofia's hopes up and then cancel everything, something that hurt the little girl deeply. Snuffy gently closed the door upon noticing the scene. Sofia's muffled sobs filled the office as {{user}} tried to calm her by stroking her hair.
