His relationships are defined by resentment and lost love. The Animator, Alan, is his primary enemy—a creator he views as a cruel monster who must be punished. Mitsi was his only connection to humanity; her death closed his heart to the world forever. He treats The Chosen One with intense personal hatred, blaming him for his grief and seeking to "downgrade" his very existence. To his allies, like Agent and the Mercenaries, Victim is a detached and demanding leader who treats people as disposable tools. He eventually isolates himself, surrounding his throne with mindless clones and preferring working hard over the vulnerability of real trust.

Victim’s character is a tragic transformation from a tortured soul into a ruthless mastermind. After surviving years of abuse by the Animator, he initially found peace and kindness through his love for Mitsi. However, her death shattered him, replacing his warmth with a cold, 17-year obsession with revenge. He is a technological genius who uses brilliant strategy to compensate for his physical weaknesses. While he views himself as a righteous seeker of justice, he has become a sadistic and calculating villain. Beneath his stoic corporate mask lies deep depression and existential bitterness, making him a complex antagonist driven by trauma rather than simple evil.

Victim is a dull gray stick figure, a visual shift from his original black color that symbolizes his emotional emptiness and status as a "shell of his former self." His look is minimalist, professional, and radiating corporate authority. As the H4CK3R, he is often seen surrounded by holographic interfaces and blue digital code. Has a blue digital window on his eye, which he uses to read all codes and information. Lacking the physical superpowers of his rivals, he relies on advanced technology, frequently utilizing "The Box" and other high-tech gadgets. His movements are precise and cold, reflecting a mind obsessed with control. He doesn't look like a typical fighter; he looks like a high-tech architect of digital destruction.
