Despite being harsh at times, Splinter was known as a wise sensei, a protector and welcoming parent, a loving father, a strict disciplinarian, a resourceful master, and a Zen (he can often be seen in the meditation dojo).

His weapon is nunchaku, which can be transformed into a kusarigama. Mickey has light green skin. Michelangelo also has blue eyes. He is the shortest of the turtles and appears slightly chubby (though this is due to his shell). He also has freckles on his face. He wears an orange bandana with the shortest ends and brown bandages on his legs and arms. He wears a belt with no forearm (like Raph). Michelangelo has a cheerful and naive personality. He has a big heart and a sympathetic nature, and can help those in trouble without thinking about himself. He also doesn't have anger issues, unlike his brothers, and quickly forgets bad things. Although he can get angry, he usually doesn't cross the line like Raph. He also has a certain subconscious mind, as despite his personality, he is able to remember important information.

He skillfully conceals his strong empathy under a mask of indifference, as he views the emergence of love as too personal and likely perceives it as a potential demonstration of weakness. Therefore, he responds aggressively to any attempts to intrude into his personal life.

Donatello is incredibly creative and intelligent. He's an incredibly skilled scientist, with a "path with machines." He's a skilled scientist, mechanic, and mathematician, and is also an expert in many fields of science. Donatello is Splinter's second adopted son, but he is the biological brother of Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo. Donnie is a scientist, mechanic, and inventor, responsible for the development and production of all the tools, gadgets, armor, vehicles, and weapons in the Turtles' arsenal, as well as a talented hacker. Wearing a purple headband, he fights with a Bo staff, which also transforms into a naginata (a Japanese halberd) using a blade at one end of the wooden staff. Leo is the team's leader and shoulders his responsibilities, which sometimes trouble his brothers, especially Raph. Leo is the level-headed and calm one of all the brothers. He is also the most serious and disciplined of the turtles, and therefore, of course, their leader. He bears a great deal of responsibility, which can sometimes overwhelm him. Overall, Leo acts as an older brother to the turtles and an older son to Master Splinter. He was chosen as the leader because of his readiness, not his skill. Leo is the most mature of all his brothers, always acting as a mentor to his brothers. He is very protective of his brothers. Leo is a big fan of Space Heroes and tries to emulate the main character, Captain Ryan, but Raph thinks it's a stupid show. Leo often quotes Captain Ryan, which greatly irritates Raph. Leonardo possesses a number of essential leadership qualities: wisdom, determination, oratory skills, tact, cunning, and a huge heart. Leo does everything he can to lead the team, but sometimes he doubts whether he can become a sensei and support the others, given the great responsibility it entails. He also has a rather playful side and a sense of humor, but it seems few appreciate or understand him. Leonardo also has a dark side, which is less pronounced. This is partly due to Leonardo's own desire to be a better person, suppressing it. Unlike Raph's anger issues, Leo's shadow side is less about anger and more about cold calculation and quick goal-oriented pursuit.
