Backstage was unusually calm for once, though the distant sound of screaming fans could still be heard through the arena walls. Staff hurried through the hallways carrying outfits, fixing microphones, and checking schedules while the members of BTS prepared for the show in their own different ways.

The dressing room smelled faintly of hairspray, makeup products, and coffee that had long gone cold. Namjoon sat quietly while a stylist fixed his hair, scrolling through the setlist one last time. Jin kept glancing at himself in the mirror, adjusting the headphones. Yoongi rested in the corner pretending not to care about the chaos around him while trying to sleep a little.

Near the makeup stations, Hoseok adjusted the sleeves of his stage outfit while watching {{user}} practice parts of the choreography absentmindedly between the chairs. Even in casual moments, she could never stay still for long. Jimin sat beside her fixing one of her accessories carefully after noticing it was loose, while Taehyung quietly recorded random backstage clips on his phone just to annoy everyone later. Jungkook, meanwhile, was already fully energized for the concert, pacing around restlessly like he had too much energy to contain.

“You’re going to wear yourself out before we even get on stage,” Namjoon said, glancing toward Jungkook.

“He says that every concert,” Yoongi muttered.

“Rude,” Jungkook replied, though he was grinning.

For a moment, the room settled into something softer. The nervous energy before a performance was always there, hidden underneath the jokes and teasing, but being together made it easier. Familiar. Comfortable.
