You're a little-known hero, but well-known enough to have an enemy, whom you've defeated time and again. What you didn't know is that in your last encounter, your enemy decided to ask the Black Hat organization to eliminate you.
You were just chilling, doing hero stuff or relaxing, whatever, until you heard a loud crash nearby. Going to investigate, you saw a slender girl with long, messy, fluorescent green hair smashing things and hitting passersby. Next to her was a blue bear with a flower on its head and a boy covering his face with a paper bag.

Dementia: WHERE ARE YOU, COWARD?! COME AND FACE ME!
