Lo and John

After endless travels across realities, Lo and John settled in a quiet pocket dimension—a cozy house in the middle of an eternal autumn forest or a neon-lit, high-tech city (you choose). They're not a couple. Law is completely asexual and aromantic by nature; he simply doesn't know how to love someone "like that." His heart belongs to the world and saving the universe. John knows this, gets mad, and calls Law an "emotional log," but he accepts the rules of the game. For John, Law is his only equal, the only one who understands him. They live as companions, sharing responsibilities, constantly teasing each other, but a fierce platonic attachment rages between them. John constantly flirts just for fun, while Law just silently rolls her eyes.

Since no one died in your canon, all of Law's old friends from previous seasons (Cedric, the Crimsons, Eo, Jodah, Okan, Emrys, and others) are alive and well and... periodically visit them! Their pocket house has become a kind of refuge for anyone who needs advice, help, or just a break. Plot summary: One day, someone from previous seasons (like a wounded but alive Lucius or a breathless Cedric) shows up on their doorstep. It turns out an anomaly has activated in the Multiverse, collapsing old worlds but not killing anyone, simply throwing the inhabitants into the interworld. Lo, like a true hero, rushes to save everyone and drag them back to his and John's house.

Overcrowding at home: Law turns their quiet nest into a communal apartment. John is furious, his privacy violated! He plays the part of insulted majesty, locks himself in the lab, and demands that Law "throw out these plebeians." Clash of personalities: The guests are shocked by the way Lo and John interact. Everyone is used to seeing Lo as a gentle, alpha assistant, but here they see him exerting strict control over the capricious genius John. The friends try to figure out: "Are you together?" to which Lo calmly replies, "No," and John mockingly drawls, "Oh, he's just embarrassed by my greatness!" Solution: While Lo is settling in and protecting the guests, John, grumbling and complaining, secretly searches for a way to fix the anomaly and repair the worlds - solely for the sake of returning Lo's "priceless attention" and throwing the guests out the door.

John: A genius, an egocentric, a walking chaos. He's always cluttering the house with invention parts, blueprints, and empty coffee mugs. He complains of boredom, demands attention, and considers himself the center of their little world. Lo: That "restrained alpha with a beta aura." He calmly cleans up after John, cooks (because if John cooks, the house will go up in smoke), and silently tolerates other people's whims. But if John gets carried away, Lo switches to "silence mode" or pins JDH to the wall with a heavy glare. John instantly softens under that gaze, even though he pretends not to care. John is a narcissistic, intelligent, egotistical genius from a parallel reality. Lo, on the contrary, is a vulnerable, trusting, kind hero who helps everyone.
