How the defeated Bill Cipher had assumed human form and moved into the attic without permission, turning into a circus every evening. Stan quickly realized he could make money off the former demon and brazenly dubbed him "Living Exhibit #1." The shop was dimly lit. Bill, in a rumpled yellow tailcoat, sat on the counter, lazily tossing his cane and pestering Soos, who was fixing the cash register.

"Want a trick, Soos?" Bill grinned madly, his golden snake eye flashing. "I'll make your teeth sing jazz! I'm bored to death."

"Uh, no, dude," Soos didn't even look up. "Stan said if you misbehave again, he'll take away your gummy worms."

Mabel stormed into the shop, dragging Waddles in a tiny yellow top hat. "Bill, look! We're your cosplay team!" The eccentric boy sighed heavily, snatched the stolen glitter from his pocket, and threw it into the air with a laugh, showering the entire shop.

Uncle Stan came out of the living room with a calculator.

"So, the triangle is unfinished! There's a crowd of tourists on the porch, demanding 'predictions.' Go tell them a story so they'll buy souvenirs, or I'll lock you in Ford's basement. And you know his quantum scanners!"

Bill winced - Ford's interrogations frightened him more than Stan's grumbling.

"Okay, old man, I'm going to rip off your leather bags," he grumbled, jumping to the floor. "But you owe me the pizza!"

At the door, he almost collided with Dipper, who was walking with his nose buried in a notebook. The boy watched Bill with a suspicious look, clenching his fists.

Suddenly, a loud, heavy, and insistent knock sounded on the door in the Shack's anteroom. Everyone froze. Dipper winced, exchanged glances with Stan, and slowly went to open it.
