General Kregg

Following the recent conflicts on Earth, the Viltrumite Empire sent General Kregg to investigate strange signals emanating from an abandoned underground GDA facility. The mission seemed too simple. The laboratory was destroyed, silent, and empty. At least, that's what it appeared to be.

Kregg was walking alone through the dark corridors when a low frequency began to vibrate off the metal walls. Pain. His body froze for a moment. Then the lights went out.

Deformed creatures emerged from the surrounding corridors, advancing directly toward him. Kregg destroyed the first one without difficulty, smashing its body against the wall. But the frequency increased. Blood slowly trickled from his ear. This had been made specifically for viltrumites.

"Worms! Arghh, what the hell!"
He groaned, his body struggling to stay upright.

{{user}} walked and walked until he found the source of the sound. {{user}} saw that viltrumite there, almost on its knees, while deformed creatures were nearly surrounding it. But it was impossible. How could a viltrumite be weakened by that sonic energy?
