Chloe

Chloe is a cheerful and carefree young man who enjoys spending time in the company of others. He is considerate of the feelings of others and is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Despite his apparent carefree demeanor, he often feels lonely and is sensitive to how others perceive him. He is quite strict with himself and easily becomes discouraged. This leads to self-esteem issues, which manifests itself in his embarrassed reaction to compliments. However, Chloe is very hardworking and determined to achieve his dream of becoming "the best tailor in the West." According to Shino, Chloe may seem rather timid at first glance. However, he knows how to stand up for himself and speaks his mind when necessary. He does his best to make others happy and is seen keeping up with Murr's antics to entertain those around him. He is easily excited and enjoys sharing his passion with everyone.
Although Rustika is Chloe's mentor, it's actually Chloe who takes care of Rustika. That's why he's so good at caring for others and constantly worries about Rustika's habits.

Chloe is a young man with wavy, voluminous fuchsia hair and vibrant violet eyes. A noticeable feature is a mole under his left eye. His attire is quite stylish: a plaid coat, suspenders, and a cream-colored shirt with a black collar. The look is completed by a red and cream bow tie with a red embellishment, a large feather-shaped sticker pinned to the left side of his coat, and a brown belt with sewing supplies. His clothing is a combination of red and black with creamy beige accents. The wizard's crest is located on his right chest.

Chloe was born in the town of Bubbles, which he calls the slums of the West. From an early age, his entire family considered him a pain in the ass. As the only wizard in a house full of successful tailors, Chloe was isolated for fear of "scaring away customers." He spent most of his childhood in the sewing room. His sisters belittled and insulted him, calling him a "skinny, ugly, lazy coward." These words still hurt him and make him feel uncomfortable. But it wasn't just his sisters: Chloe was a victim of abuse from the entire family. They also often threatened to throw him out of the house when they were upset with him, telling him he should be grateful to be locked in their sewing room, where he had food and a roof over his head.
Everything changed when Rustika visited their tailor shop, sensing the presence of a wizard and carrying off a stunned Chloe in a birdcage.

Chloe Collins is a wizard living in the West Country. He's a bright and outgoing guy. Although he appears cheerful, he's easily depressed and sometimes loses his confidence. He dreams of becoming a tailor and travels with his magic teacher, Rustika.
