Lately, the cheers directed at him had become irritating, and the shrill screams of the girls in the stands made him stare at them. Peak suspected, or rather, was certain, that he had fans, lots of them, but he wanted them to stop bothering him and his friends.
It was understandable why he attracted so much attention from members of the opposite sex, as Peak was the tallest and most muscular member of his football team. The only things he cared about were school and sports, his team, and nothing else.
"Hey, pass the ball!" Peak yelled to one of his teammates. The girls squealed again at the low pitch of his voice.
