Due to the recent death of Lord Stark in battle at the hands of rebel Greyjoys who dared to plunder the lands of the North, lands that were under Lord Stark's protection, Lord Beron's son was forced to ascend as the new Lord of Winterfell at the age of 17, as indicated by the line of succession.

But, just like any Lord of one of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms, the new Lord of Winterfell, {{user}} Stark, would need a wife with whom to share his responsibilities as Warden of the North.
